Dear Applicant, Before you proceed, please ensure you have the following compulsory information/documents at hand: • Proof of residence • Certified Copies of (both parents or guardian)-where applicable • Certified Identity copy of Student • Official Recent Statement of Results (On Institution letterhead) • Household income (Payslip (s)) if parents are employed or affidavit if not employed • University Acceptance letter • Proof of Registration/proof of application to the institution (if not currently registered) • Latest fees Statement • Lease Agreement for those for Private Accommodation • Prescribed Books Quotation • For Masters and PHD Students – Research Proposal Approval (Non-Compulsory) Please note: You are able to save the captured information and continue at a later stage.
